MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and achieve objectives assigned by the Plant Management.
- Plan and manage activities related to preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Monitor the reliability, safety, and performance of the 12 production lines, identifying opportunities for improvement in collaboration with the Production and Plant teams.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with activity plans, timelines, and allocated budgets, focusing on cost reduction.
- Define and manage the requirements for materials and internal and external resources to support maintenance activities.
- Address and resolve issues and inefficiencies in the area of responsibility, in agreement with the Plant Management and Production Management.
- Manage relationships and activities with suppliers and regulatory bodies in the area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with current legislation and alignment with company objectives.
- Supervise and manage the documentation related to the assigned area.
- Control and analyze data and information related to the area of responsibility.
- Prepare periodic reports for Management highlighting performance indicators/KPIs.
- For the assigned area, define, propose, and implement continuous improvement plans and actions in collaboration with Management and the Process Owners of primary processes.
- Participate in project team meetings for product and process development and optimization.
- Effectively coordinate the internal team for maintenance activities and spare parts management, establishing clear priorities aligned with the company strategy and coordinating their development.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a technical field, preferably engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in process, chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industries with modern structures.
- Knowledge of methodologies, techniques, and tools for efficient and effective maintenance management.
- Excellent knowledge of main production management systems (preferably SAP, particularly the PM module).
- Proficiency in English.
