ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

• Ensure proper management and scheduling of the preventive maintenance plan, optimizing time and activities.
• Identify and manage extraordinary maintenance activities, evaluating the results.
• Respond promptly in case of failure or anomaly, ensuring the effectiveness of the recovery intervention and minimizing machine downtime.
• Coordinate the activities of team members related to preventive, predictive, extraordinary, and corrective maintenance of production plants and machinery.
• Supervise outsourced interventions, ensuring the quality of results.
• Manage activities and analyses related to predictive maintenance.
• In collaboration with the spare parts warehouse, ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for the activities in the area.
• Manage the drafting, updating, and sharing of documentation for the assigned area.
• In the context of continuous improvement, propose improvement actions related to machines and plants, in collaboration with the relevant functions.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possession of a forklift driving license.
• Knowledge of techniques and tools for effective and efficient maintenance management.
• Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.
