TREASURY SPECIALIST

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

• Ensure proper management of active and passive financial flows.
• Perform short-term financial planning.
• Manage the main operations for the liquidation of receivables, including factoring and reverse factoring transactions.
• Present payment orders (RiBa) to credit institutions.
• Manage various operational and control activities with credit institutions: checking account statements and banking costs.
• Manage and archive banking correspondence.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with credit institutions in the assigned area.
• Ensure proper management and reconciliation of financial and banking flows.
• Ensure reporting activities and proper preparation and management of relevant documentation.
• Resolve issues and inefficiencies within the area of responsibility.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions for the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in economics.
• Preferably 4-5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of main financial instruments, including hedging instruments for interest rates and foreign exchange.
• Knowledge of general and industrial accounting.
• Familiarity with key information systems and treasury software (e.g., Doc Finance or Piteco).
