LOGISTICS AND PROGRAMMING SPECIALIST

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

• Input sales and sample orders into the system.
• Issue production and outsourcing orders.
• Verify the stock levels of materials and semi-finished products in the warehouses managed under outsourcing.
• Monitor the progress of internal production orders and outsourced work.
• Coordinate the logistics of materials to and from subcontractors.
• Manage relationships between subcontractors and various company departments regarding inventories, returns, claims, and non-conformities.
• Plan and manage shipments and deliveries to customers, liaising with external shipping companies or coordinating directly with customers for pick-up.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a technical-commercial field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics/production scheduling.
• Preferably familiar with SAP management software.
• Knowledge of the English language.
